01. Entertainment Disclaimer
iMog is an AI-powered analyzer designed for entertainment purposes only. The ratings provided (including "PSL" scores) are the result of mathematical algorithms analyzing facial geometry and symmetry. These do not reflect human opinion, social worth, or actual biological quality.
02. Age & Consent Requirements
You must be 18+ to use iMog. By uploading an image, you confirm that:
- You are the subject of the photo or have explicit consent from the subject.
- The image does not contain a minor (under age 18).
- You accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on the analysis.
03. Biometric Data Policy
In accordance with the EU AI Act (2026), we practice ephemeral data processing. Original images are deleted in 24 hours after vector extraction. We do not use your data to train our models. Analysis reports are stored for a maximum of 24 hours before being purged from our servers.
04. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall iMog or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including psychological distress, resulting from the use of our "objective" rating tool. Do not use this tool to make medical or surgical decisions.
